Why Fast Track exists
Most people selling a house are also handling something else — an estate, a move, a rental that has run its course, or a repair list that keeps growing. The standard advice is to fix it up, list it, and wait. That works well for some homes. For others it turns into months of effort with an uncertain ending.
Fast Track buys houses directly, in whatever condition they're in, with cash and without a lender's approval standing between you and a closing date. That removes the repairs, the showings, and the commissions. What it doesn't remove is your right to say no.
